Suparna, formerly in advertising, has come home to roost with her family. As a child, she travelled the world with her seafaring parents. This began her journey in adapting world cuisine to Indian conditions. Growing up in Calcutta, Cochin, Hyderabad, Kolhapur and Bangalore, has led her to appreciate the diversity in life and food, that makes up India. After a career in advertising, she settled down to home and hearth with her husband and 2 boisterous kids. Typical of families of this generation, they were fussy eaters to begin with. Seasons of “Masterchef Australia” have further made them into armchair masterchefs themselves. Experimentation has become a part of their daily kitchen.
